KIKO or Qi Gong is a Chinese method of yoga. The practice brings vitality and benefits all ages. In this class, we will learn how to prepare the body and to feel the Qi. We will also learn basic movements and standing meditation to enhance blood circulation, body fluid and strengthen the immune system.
